Production Times

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.

Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production

  • Australia most products will usually be shipped within 5-10 business days & International: 10–20 business days after production

⚠️ Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons (Black Friday/Christmas), or due to courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping available.

  • Free shipping on US orders over $75.

  • International shipping calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because our products are custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing chosen

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Once approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
